Is it necessary to reserve in advance?
Yes, we always recommend booking in advance to ensure the availability of the bicycle. Our Bike Center is open all year round and bikes can be reserved at any time.
How can I make the reservation?
Through our official website kandani.es
Select bike rental start/end dates and our system will show the models available for the chosen dates, as well as sizes according to height and accessories.
The rates are cheaper if the rental is for several consecutive days
Reservations with delivery to our facilities are confirmed by prepayment of 25% or 100%, by card through our online store.
Once the process is finished, a confirmation voucher is sended to you.
We recommend printing or keeping the email, because it will be necessary to show it to identify and recognize the reservation when picking up the order at our Bike Center in Sta Eulalia
Can I book by phone?
To book it is necessary to use the website or come to our office in Santa Eulalia.
By phone we only offer generic information and advice
Can I reserve bicycles through the website with delivery the same day as the reservation?
No, the website does not allow reservations on the same day. To avoid overbooking situations, reservations must be made at least the day before delivery.
If you want to rent for the same day, you must come directly to our Bike Center and see available options upon arrival.
What is the size of the bicycle?
The bikes are available in different sizes (for tall, medium and short riders)
The sizes on bicycles are classified according to our height. For this reason, the first thing we ask you when reserving a bicycle, in addition to the desired model, is the height of the cyclists who are going to use them.
On our website, in step number 1, you will find this detailed information for each bike model.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 day, between 9:00 and 19:30
Are you open on Sundays and holidays?
Between April and October we have a reduced schedule from 09 to 10, only for delivery of bicycles with reservation confirmed through the web or in the store.
Between November and March our facilities are closed on Sundays and holidays but, upon request, we can facilitate the delivery of bicycles. Ask us through the online form.
Bicycle return can always be done when we're closed using our garage.
Where should I return the bicycle?
At our Bike Center at Sta Eulalia.
Upon request, the bicycle can be returned outside timetable through our garage. (more information in the delivery of the bicycle)
What is your cancellation policy?
The order can be canceled up to 48 hours before the start of the rental with full reimbursment.
If it is canceled when there are less than 48 hours to pick up the bikes, the prepayed quantity will not be returned, but we issue a promotional code for the prepaid amount to rent bikes for another day; the code does not expire and can be shared with another person (friends, family...)
The cancellation must be notified through email (info@kandani.es)
Remember that in case of early return there is no refund for unused days.
Can you deliver the order to my accommodation?
Yes. When the rental period is 3 days or longer, our clients has the option to add transport within the island of Ibiza.
It is subject to availability and prior budget according to the delivery area.
The request is made through the web, in step 2 of the reservation process. It is necessary to indicate in the request where the order must be delivered.
Once all the information is received, we will contact you to inform about delivery times and final price.
The transport service excludes delivery and collection at the Airport and Port of Ibiza.
I have a confirmed reservation, can I extend the rental period for more days?
If the bike is available yes, you can extend it. We recommend you request the extension through email (info@kandani.es) attaching the reservation number.
Do I have to leave a deposit when I take the bicycle?
Yes, we retain a minimum deposit of 50 Euros as a deposit.
This deposit covers damages derived from bumps or accidental falls. If the repair cost exceeds this amount, the difference must be paid.
The deposit does not cover the theft.
In what state do I have to return the bike?
In the same state in which we delivered it to you and with all the accessories and extras.
If the bicycle is returned without accessories or etras, in poor condition due to falls or other circumstances derived from misuse, the parts must be paid according to the manufacturer's rates in Spain.
Bicycle cleaning is also included in the rental price.
What can't I do with the bike?
Using the bicycle for purposes other than those admitted according to its design.
Use it on beach sand or salt water or use it for sports events such as triathlons or races.
Bicycles cannot leave the island of Ibiza and this limitation includes Formentera.
Can you recommend any route?
Yes of course. Santa Eulalia has one of the most complete socio-cultural offers in Ibiza. In our territory there are 46 kilometers of coastline suitable for bathing, with beautiful coves, beaches with transparent waters and restaurants with a marine flavor.

I want to rent the bike for several days. Where can I leave the bike overnight?
If you stay in a hotel, many have options to store bicycles. Our recommendation is to ask the accommodation directly.
If they do not offer you facilities, remember that you can always leave your bike at our Bike Center.
If you stay in an apartment or private house, keep the bike inside.
Bicycles should never be left in the street at night.
Are there other issues I should consider?
In case of loss of the padlock key there is an additional charge of €10
Roadside assistance has a service cost of 40 Eur.
The models that can mount saddlebags and a child seat are: Amsterdam, Onna 40 and the Keram 10 eMTB and Horizon SUV Cross Ebikes
What equipment does the bike include?
All our road and gravel bikes include two bottle cages, small lock and puncture repair kit (a spare tube, air pump and set of levers).
All road bikes are carbon frames and have tubeless wheels.
Electric road bicycles has one botlle cage and, in rentals of more than one day, also include the charger.
Can I pick up the bike the day before my reservation date, late in the afternoon?
It will depend on the number of reservations and availability of the model/size, as well as the return time of previous clients.

Our rental bikes also include the following automatic pedals: Shimano SPD-SL, Lool Keo, Look Delta and Shimano SPD. We also have toe and strap pedals.

My shoes with cleats don't fit in my suitcase, can I rent them?
Yes, we have shoes with Shimano SPD (MTB style) and Look Keo cleats available for rent
I have a biometric study, can you adjust the road bike with these measurements if I send it to you?
Yes, we can adjust the bike, but always keeping the original components of the bike (stem, handlebars, cranks, etc...)
It is not necessary to share the personal study. In the online reservation process there is the option to note the two specific measurements that we can adjust on the bicycle (step 2)
